Time to Clear Out Spring
Summer is here, and it's time to close out your leftover spring merchandise. Don't make the age old mistake of not marking down your closeouts low enough. The longer that you hold on to out of season merchandise, the more it can cost you in lost potential sales and profits of seasonal items that are relevant, both in the inventory that you have tied up, in display space, and even in time to manage this leftover inventory. A good rule of thumb, is to generic items into your regular mix, and slash the price of those items that are obviously out of season. Start at your cost, then if it hasn't sold in a week, mark it down again. When the seasons shift, it's time to turn that inventory back into cash, to reinvest into new fast selling inventory.

How to Drop Ship
When finished placing the items for your Drop Ship order in your shopping cart, ensure that you enter your customers Zip Code, then select "Continue Checkout". On the Billing Information screen, enter your information for the billing address, and be sure to enter your company's name in the space provided. The packing list will contain no pricing information, and the shipping label will be from "Order Fulfillment".
Enter your customer's information under the shipping address, verify that all is correct, and then submit your payment information at the bottom of the screen. When finished, click "Submit Order". You will automatically receive an email receipt for your order. When your order is shipped, you will also receive a notification email that will contain the tracking number, if applicable.Orders are normally processed in 3-4 business days, and once an order has been processed, no changes can be made. Standard shipping usually takes 8-10 days, and Rush delivery can take up to 4 days.
If your customer receives defective or broken merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery, so that we may rectify the circumstance. Customer returns require an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number for an order placed within 30 days, contact CustomerService@WholesaleGiftMerchandise.com. There is a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective returns, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
